The lack of housing for Yosemite National Park employees severely impacts the park’s operations, resulting in low staffing levels that can jeopardize both natural resources and visitor experience. Yosemite Conservancy engaged Red Bridge’s housing development experts, land planners, and civil engineers to formulate a feasible strategy for building 100 units totaling 154 bedrooms on the Conservancy's prime property adjacent to the park.
