Northwest Trail Alliance

At Red Bridge Group we are honored when we can help emerging, community-based organizations evolve. Northwest Trail Alliance, once an entirely volunteer-run non-profit, was at an inflection point: its board had begun to hire full-time staff and needed help to affect their transition from a hands-on, working board to a board of governance and oversight. Red Bridge Group provided organizational consultation that illuminated a path forward so that board members could hand off daily duties to new leadership and turn their focus to building the organization's bright future.
